Design
The shackles in the AIB series have their safety and safety factor verified using our in-house 100-ton class strength testing machine. This series of forged products, developed by incorporating requests from the field gathered by our sales team traveling nationwide, has become the standard in the construction and heavy industry sectors. We will continue to innovate technologically to manufacture shackles that are lighter and more functional.
Manufacturing
After completing the three main processes of material lot management, manufacturing process flowchart management, and final product acceptance management, it is possible to conduct practical magnetic particle flaw inspections and issue certificates. Material management and heat treatment (quenching) are core processes of forged products. In particular, only skilled technicians are involved in this process and participate in the production of the AIB series.

The most frequently requested heavy-duty long shackle on-site
This long shackle is a long-running bestseller, designed for maximum lightweight, compact size, and cost efficiency.Suitable for a wide range of securing and cargo handling tasks.
AIB スーパー軽量シャックル
The safety factor for shackles is 5 times, but the AIB Super Lightweight Shackle has a safety factor of 7 times.
Compared to JIS shackles, it is lighter, stronger, and offers the best usability, improving work efficiency.
The lightweight shackle is made from special alloy steel and undergoes heat treatment, resulting in a shackle with superior strength.
Therefore, the product weight at the same lifting capacity is approximately half the weight of shackles specified in JIS-B2801.
All products undergo magnetic particle flaw detection testing, and inspection certificates are included.
