１．Use JYTEX-specified wire, processing clamps, and end fittings.
２．Wire rope processing must be performed using the same work processes as those employed at JY Tex’s own factory.
Perform wire acceptance management, processing management, and pre-shipment inspection. Periodically install the final processed products on the strength testing machinery at JYTEX’s Kaizuka Plant and ensure they pass the final strength test.
３．Employing individuals certified as ‘JIS Quality Managers’ and ‘Processing Technicians’—both national examinations—to perform stable quality control operations at the factory. Meeting the above conditions qualifies the company to handle stable quality control operations for JYTEX Corporation. The certified wire processing product ‘SafeLock’ can be marked on clamp pipes.

４．In the event of a defect, we also provide a system whereby samples are sent to the factory’s Quality Assurance Department for further investigation, accompanied by a JYTEX engineer as necessary to assess the current status.
５．Aibig possesses its own 100-ton class destructive testing equipment, enabling lightning-fast response to unannounced strength tests after manufacturing.
